1. Agreement
These terms apply when you access instance-controlcore.digital or engage Instance ControlCore for app analytics consulting. A consulting engagement begins only when both parties approve a written proposal or statement of work. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the written engagement agreement controls.
2. Website use
You may use this site for lawful informational and business-enquiry purposes. You must not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape it abusively, or misrepresent our content as your own.
3. Consulting services
Scope, timing, fees, dependencies, and deliverables are defined in each proposal. You agree to provide timely access to relevant people, documentation, and appropriately authorized data. Recommendations are based on the information and data available during the engagement; business decisions remain your responsibility.
4. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, and know-how. After full payment, you may use the engagement deliverables internally as described in the proposal. Website text, identity, and visual materials may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Confidentiality and data
Each party must protect confidential information received from the other and use it only for the engagement. Product data access, security requirements, retention, and deletion are agreed before analysis begins. Do not submit sensitive user-level product data through the contact form.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by Thai law, the site is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential losses. Any service-specific liability cap will be stated in the engagement agreement.
7. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Questions may be sent to hello@instance-controlcore.digital. We will first try to resolve disputes in good faith.
